Delivery

Each delivery service can be seen on product pages. We use Standard delivery (3-5 days)
Please give us 2 processing days to make your product/s , some orders may take longer if 4 or more products are bought.
We do not provide next day due to things being handmade.

If you haven't got your order yet, it is most likely still out for delivery. Our courier will try up to 3 times and will leave a note but if that hasn’t occurred then you can track your order in your dispatch email we have sent you.
All orders take 3-5 days to get to you!

Evri is now in charge of all our delivery. We are aware that Evri may cause issues but if any occur, we are always on it. Tracking is easy to do with your reference number and is available on all orders.

To return a product, you must email or message AMBA online. The order must also be in a 2 week timeframe or it cannot be returned. Refunds are also available if that is what you wish. If there is an issue with your order and you wish to have it fixed, we do have a fixing service.
Orders

If you have ordered and you've instantly had a problem (such as a accidental press), Make sure you have messaged us before our 2 processing days and we can help with your order. Unfortunately, if you dont contact us before this we can't help with editing. You will have to go through with the returning process.

We accept debit/credit cards, PayPal and clearpay (4 ways). Each order comes with delivery prices (£2.99) which can be seen on the product pages.

We understand when your favourite item comes out of stock, it’s FRUSTRATING. We get it.
When an item is out of stock, we will get that item back in stock as soon possible and depending on the fabric, this could happen within a couple of days, everywhere has a different delivery time. Nevertheless, We will notify customers through email.

When a new product is about to launch, you may see it already on our site! This is a “Pre-Order” item. Instead of the add to cart button it will change into a pre-order button where you can still process the order. Check out our category “Coming Soon” to see if theres any items!

Oh No! We are so sorry there's missing items in your order!
Before you contact us through customer service, please check your emails as it has happened before where we will send parcels separately depending on the size of the order.
A lot of the time we will contact you through the processing days if this does occur. Your order comes with a delivery note where you can double check your items aswell as proving to us about an item. We may ask for this through the contact email.

Sorry your order have been cancelled.
If the item(s) you've ordered are out of stock at the time of packing your order, we HAVE to cancel it.
An order will also be cancelled if the billing address details don't match the details your bank has on record.
We send an email out to confirm the cancellation, You will also not be charged!
Custom

Custom is a service where you can commision a clothing idea or a similar item you’ve seen that you wanted recreated! That’s where I come in, I will “custom” make your item to the style you want. To know more or even purchase a custom, you can press here.

The best way to figure out your size on any product is to compare your clothes within our size guide measurements. Nevertheless, you can always take a measuring tape and check the guide that way.
