Our quilted bags are made with polar fleece and zippers, the lining inside can get dirty, this is washing machine friendly, please use a soft wash setting.

Creating a return is easy!
If you need to return an order for any reason, please send it back to us within 2 weeks receiving.
We have a service called “Fix + Return” where if your product is damaged we can fix it for you and return it right back to you.
It's important that any items returned to us, unless faulty, are returned in a re-saleable condition. We would like this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's unused.
