Our leather is faux. This may cause the fabric to soften overtime if kept in cold to wet areas. We make our bags with fabric safe hardener to keep the fabric stiff to prevent this.

Creating a return is easy!
If you need to return an order for any reason, please send it back to us within 2 weeks receiving.
We have a service called “Fix + Return” where if your product is damaged we can fix it for you and return it right back to you.
It's important that any items returned to us, unless faulty, are returned in a re-saleable condition. We would like this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's unused.
